Pleasanton San Francisco Bay Area Engagement Photographer: Deana & John’s San Francisco Engagement Session

What a ride! Going through these images reminds me of how much fun we had on this San Francisco engagement session. From the moment I first met Deana & John in person, we were all pretty much laughing the whole time! And the images are just simply spectacular! Starting in the eucalyptus trees in Golden Gate Park and finishing up at China Beach, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and at the center of it all, a couple madly in love!

You both looked fantastic and make such a lovely couple. Thank you for the amazing session! It really was a wonderful experience spending the whole afternoon with you two and believe me when I say there are sooo many beautiful images from your session. This is just the tip of the ice burg, so to speak! So enjoy your sneak peek and more on the way!

They weren’t afraid to get wet either!

OK, so maybe we stopped laughing for a few shots – this a serious one to go along with the Detroit Tigers baseball thing (they are both from Michigan and big Tigers fans). Of course, a few seconds after this shot was taken, we were all cracking up again! Definitely love this “game face” shot though!

Random big staircase along the way and the light was absolutely perfect… so we had to stop!

Scooter - I’ve never seen anything more beautiful and well done in my entire life. Da Vinci himself couldn’t have shown a better portrait of a couple (and I know, I’m an artist). I find myself staring at these photos for hours on end, and just feeling… love. After seeing these, I can live never seeing anything again. Congratulations to you both. The pics are beautiful, but not as beautiful as Johnny.

Fremont CA San Francisco Bay Area Family Photographer: 3 Generations!

Fremont has so many gems… especially if you’re a photographer or just love to get out in nature. Really, there are so many parts to explore that one never really even has to visit the same place twice… or even venture very far from home for that matter either. And so for this wonderful family’s session in the hills surrounding the Mission part of Fremont, we practically just stepped into their backyard. And did we ever have a blast!

Thank you all so much for the wonderful session! I really had a great time with you all and the images are just beautiful, with much more to come of course! For now, enjoy your sneak peek!

I love his outfit here – fits perfectly with the yellows and greens surrounding him! And it looks like he’s got a nice bouquet for Mom too!

Fremont CA San Francisco Bay Area Indian Wedding Photographer: Ramna’s Haldi & Shagan

Her mehndi was absolutely exquisite and so I’m very excited to be able to post this second set of events for Ramna & Yogesh’s wedding. This time, I got the chance to spend a few minutes photographing her mehndi just before her Haldi ceremony was to take place. The results were just spectacular. And so, without further ado I present a few of the highlights from her next set of events.

Gorgeous mehndi! And very dark too!

And of course, Ramna looked amazing as well!

Fremont CA San Francisco Bay Area Indian Wedding Photographer: Ramna’s Mehndi

Time flies! It seems like only recently that I was photographing Ramna and Yogesh’s beautiful Engagement ceremony in Fremont… With the final preparations and ceremonies underway, the energy, excitement, and emotion about their upcoming wedding (as you’ll see!) begins to build like a crescendo. Starting quietly with just a few close family members at her parents home, Ramna was decorated with absolutely beautiful henna designs, incredibly rich with detail. And while I was only there for a short while to photograph this special time, I distinctly remember Ramna telling me how relaxing the process was for her – being able to just enjoy and savor this time of preparation. A little respite after so many months of busy planning…

There were so many beautiful images from the Mehndi. I’ve included just a sampling of some of my favorites here. And with more events to come, each with more dazzling colors and beautiful details, I find myself turning to that old saying – the one that is probably way overused, but nevertheless very appropriate here: You aint seen nothin’ yet!

For now, enjoy this first sneak peek and many many warm congratulations to Ramna & Yogesh!
