Back in May, I had the opportunity to photograph Tyler & Nikki for their e-session and we had an amazing time incorporating their unique style into the photographs. So a few months later when their wedding approached, we knew we would be in for a special treat. From Nikki’s vintage dress and jewelry to the classic decor at the Peninsula Golf & Country Club in San Mateo, their wedding was full of amazing details, emotion, and fun! I love the intricate lacework in her dress! Meanwhile… Tyler and the guys were getting ready at his parent’s home in San Mateo. There was just enough time for a few bridal portraits. Nikki looked absolutely stunning!Then some hugs with the groom’s parents. The next few images we took just minutes before the ceremony. The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is quite a spectacular location for a wedding, don’t you think!Had to add this one too – after photographing the start of the procession, I hurried over to where Nikki and her dad were just getting ready to enter the ceremony area and snapped this one shot before heading back to catch them coming down the aisle. Their hands tell the story… I love how Tyler is holding the ring here, getting ready to put it on his bride…And I’ll end this post on a congratulatory hug from the groom’s grandmother.
